Food production involves the cooking of raw materials which are combined and arranged into cuisine. It also includes kitchen skills, food safety and OHS.
Our New Bagan campus is an e-classroom environment that focuses on providing English classes. Plans are underway to upgrade the facilities of this campus.
Ma Zun La Pyae Win is one of our food production trainees who completed the course in 2022. She is the second daughter of four siblings and a single mother. After graduating she worked as commis 2 at Ancient Bagan Hotel Nyaung U and is now working at the Acacia Hotel Nyaung U.

Win Myo Tun is an only child. His parents are originally farmers however Win Mao Tun was eager to become a professional chef. He graduated from the Sanon Training Restaurant and is now working at the Kone Myint Thar Restaurant as Commis 2. Win Myo Tun is now on track to fulfil both of his objectives to become a chef and to help his family.

Kyaw Zin Phyo is one of two siblings, he is the elder brother. His dream was to become a Chef so he joined Sanon Training Restaurant. After graduating in 2023 he become Commis 2 at Heritage Hotel, The Guys Restaurant and My Palace Hotel, Nyaung U. He is pursuing his dream and helping to support his family.

Yan Lin Oo graduated from the Sanon Training Restaurant (Began) and gain employment at the restaurant of the Kalaw Heritage Hotel a landmark boutique hotel and is on his way to become a Chef.

Hlaing Phyo Hein is one of our food production trainees. He is the youngest of three siblings. His father is a driver and his mother is a housewife. He completed our three month theory and practical training course and a two months of internship for a total five months. Now he is working as a kitchen helper at Thande Hotel (Bagan).

Arkar Moe, is an only child, is father is a driver and his mother a housewife. He attended the Sanon Training Restaurant from 12 December 2022 to 3 March 2023. After graduating he worked at Aureum Palace Hotel & Resort. Currently he is working at the Poppa Resort, F&B department.
